“Upside Down” GSG 5 Second Project

Here is my entry to the latest GSG 5 Second Project themed “Upside Down.” Everything was built in Maya and then comped in After Effects. I got to experiment with data moshing on this, which was really fun, however the effect didn’t translate quite as I had imagined. But I guess that’s the purpose of the 5 second projects… try some new shit and if its not what you had in mind, no problem, it’s only 5 seconds. I think these are great and I hope to do more of these for upcoming themes. Thanks for checking it out, I’ll edit this post later with links and more info on data moshing. For now, I’m out.
